Objective
GoStudy is a desktop application designed to help students prepare for the LSAT exam. However, the original interface was visually unappealing and difficult to navigate, leading to poor user engagement and frustration. The goal was to overhaul the UI/UX, creating a more intuitive, clean, and easy-to-use interface while preserving all existing features and adding new enhancements to improve the overall learning experience.

The Challenge
The previous design was visually outdated and cluttered, making it difficult for students to navigate and find key features like practice exams and study tools. The navigation structure was confusing, and tasks such as starting tests or reviewing answers involved too many steps, causing frustration. Additionally, the lack of clear visual hierarchy buried important elements, and inconsistent branding gave the app an unprofessional feel, reducing user trust and engagement.
The Solution
We introduced a modern, streamlined design with a fresh color palette and improved typography for better readability. Navigation was simplified by replacing the cluttered structure with a clear sidebar, making it easier to access key features like "Practice" and "Study Plan." Workflows were streamlined to reduce the steps needed for tasks like starting tests or reviewing materials. A clear visual hierarchy was implemented to highlight important sections such as progress tracking, and a consistent branding system was developed to give the app a more professional and cohesive look, enhancing user trust.
